The Property Ombudsman The Property Ombudsman came into being on 1 May 2009. Formerly, the Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA). In the unlikely event that you have a complaint that you cannot resolve with us, the TPO’s role is to provide fair and reasonable resolutions to disputes. As members of the TPO we adhere to the Code of Practice set down by them.
